My vote would go for Zimmer. In 2 years he has taken the Vikings from 5-10-1 to 11-5 with a NFC north title. He did this with an entirely new C, RG. RT combo. His defense which was a disaster under Chili.is now 2nd in the league for points allowed.
Winning a game with 4 different starting qbs is amazing. Even more amazing that they didn't fall into the tank after their terrible start.
I'd say look south to Charlotte and you"ll find the coach of the year...

Didn't look it up but gotta believe it is - the Texans just got steamrolled at home by a WC Team, wasn't even remotely close....speaks volumes about how deserving a playoff team the Texans were - NOT! Only reason they were in playoffs is how absurdly awful their division was.
