Nick's team (Clovis) is well known in California for not having high freestyle participation, to put it mildly.
They got Jessen... and Davison.
(but it has been a few... Cassioppi, Beard, Karoly off the top of my head)
Northwestern’s coach shared in an interview that sometimes it is the university’s choice to end a commitment in reference to losing commitments. He also referenced the importance of grades which to me suggests some of the decommissioning couldn’t meet the academic standards
He's uncommitted. IDK of the interest level between them.
His teammate and workout partner Connor Brady is headed to Virginia Tech, FWIW.
Yeah, I remember that T-Row interview. Storniolo had some tweets about grades too, IIRC. Maybe after some wrestling success Storniolo will have some more pull to get recruits into Northwestern...Evanston has enough nerds.

You are technically correct It was announced that shortly after Abe decommitted and expressed an interest in Iowa, he was tracked down by MPs, quickly tried and shot by firing squad for desertion. Such a waste of talent, but it just shows the risk when turning to the dark side

I am. Riley moved from WA to MT two years ago so haven't gotten to watch him as often. He's solid though. For these parts he's tops for his weight. Had a rough go in freestyle but I'm sure he'll do much better in Greco.
If death is the punishment for decommitting from Army and pursuing Iowa...….what is the punishment for decommitting from Army and flipping to Pitt?...….or is flipping to Pitt considered punishment enough? Asking for a fiend.
