And honestly I think its obvious Austin has added some offensive arsenal this year. RBY may still hold that arm back but I'm guessing it's a lot less than last year. Terry has clearly been working with Austin a lot. Looking forward to this match!

I guess having the best wrestling team in the country flying in from PA to wrestle the Hawkeyes in that arena it should be electric.?.
This will be a tough one. The more I think of it the better chance I think we have (though I started at a very low chance). Looking at the matchups, would anyone be shocked if RBY won, would anyone be shocked if Hall, Brooks, or Rasheed would catch and pin their guy? Or that Berge has been ok for a couple weeks and we just have him some extra rest and he comes out and sneaks out a win? Any one of those results and all of a sudden we are right in it.
I will say, I have less faith in Nevills beating Cass than many here. I just don’t see him keeping it within 2 from neutral and doubt he can turn him.
Alternatively, I am dumbfounded by people’s lack of faith in Brooks. Not just here but all over. Two weeks ago no one outside of Iowa would have picked Assad. Suddenly Venz does Venz things and Assad is a huge favorite? I don’t buy it. No doubt Assad can win, but I don’t see how he is a clear favorite unless you think Brooks is banged up (may be).
All that said, I still think my KYPSW picks will end up 23-10 Iowa.

Exactly! Brooks is flat out better than Assad. Would any Penn State fan take Assad over Brooks to represent PSU? No way. Starocci can shed a little light on how to handle Abe. I take AB in this match up all day long. He's the better wrestler and the better athlete. Assad is really good. But he is going to hate wrestling Brooks for the next 4 years.
I recommend the FOX Sports App and a case of the bad stomach.

but in the end someone is probably going to let us down and well be put up on the wall as a decoration for some slob and cackling idiot sidekick to laugh at
