Football James Franklin's gusty decisions help seal 26-25 victory for Penn State

Finally putting something on tape to make teams respect the deep ball potential. That helps alot.

Allar doesn't seem to read anything on the read option. The time he kept it early in the game he has no running room. And then on first down he hands it off to the RB that ran into a big pile when there was no one to his left the direction he could have gone to.

But, nice of Evans to complete that catch!!!!!
(and of Minny to likely have over covered Warren......)

He shouldn't be running that--that's part of the problem

I actually told my son the same thing.

Probably not--same overreaction here saying we're going to lose
We're far from "going to lose" but, unlike with Ohio State, there's real concern--tackling and AK's playcalling

It's not over-reaction. It's frustration with a lack of progress. Great teams grow. This one isn't.

If Evans is in the game, he should be run a go or deep post every time. It's what he does best.

I wish Allar would put that a little more on a line, but TD nonetheless.

I would have called time out there to get King back in the game. Down was too important. Fortunately Minnesota provides a gift.
