Right. He got ahead and tried to hang on and milk the lead to the end. Often a bad strategy, and didn't work for Davis. Only he got away with it due to an inexplicable non-call.

Doesn’t VK have a couple of wins vs. BD prior to tonight? If so, that match was no surprise.
Aaron’s match wasn’t a big surprise either. He’s been sloppy a few times this year.
I don't think you'll get much argument on that one. Even more bothersome is they reviewed the call and got it wrong again. Davis was closer to being pinned than in neutral.

This is why Beau is so great. He never takes a second off. Aaron needs to take a lesson off of this match.
