174 Mark Hall gets the pin at 1:14! Believe it was off a cradle. He was up 6-0 at the time (TD and 4 NF).
They are really really bad. I think a good high school team wouldn't get pinned as fast.
184: Bo Nickal vs. Idris White
Idris is from Father Judge HS, in Philadelphia. He's trying to avoid being the 5th straight Turtle to get pinned.

Nickal shoots off the whistle, blocked. Nickal on an ankle, but White kicks away. Nickal in a single, 2-0. Quick esc, 2-1. Duck under by Nickal for the TD, 4-1, and then he cuts him, 4-2. White tries to shoot, but Nickal with the TD on a counter, 6-2. Then a pancake to a pin, at 2:08 (I believe that was the time).

Jimmy Gulibon earns Ridge Riley Award in his final Rec Hall dual
mccrystal just lost to Corton. Jimmys stars are aligning for a fantastic finish to the season.
I would love to see Jimmy finish AA or better. He really seems to have found his mojo lately.
Montoya hit a granby and got 2 reversal and it looks like Clark reversed him back and had nearfall himself, but the ref thought Montoya still had the granby hold in there and awarded him nearfall instead. I don't know. It looked like Clark had the reversal and NF to me, to be honest. I'm not a ref, though.
The irony is some on the Iowa board complaining about Montoya blowing kisses to the Iowa fans and the fact that Manning endorses it. Pot calling the kettle black with Gilman on their team.
Yeah, I saw that. I have no problem with that, but Iowa fans really have no room to talk with how Gilman acts.

- I think he gets overlooked with all the other studs. He does everything right. He's a stud.

- that was the plan. We knew how tough he was. He's been getting better every week. He's a stud, and we're looking for big things out of him.

- he's doing a nice job. Maryland had 2 of their toughest guys at 197 and 285. He's doing a nice job, and we need him.

The longer guys wrestle for Iowa the more they hate the sport...Let me say 90 % of them. I have talked to many over the years and it's a known fact !!!! Ask Mike Evens from here in Pa. He has some great but sad stories.... Oh well glad we have Cael and Staff !!!!
Amazing how Cael and the coaches keep the sport fun. Has to help mentally over the long term.
