Told the ref he waited to long to stop it and Jason got hurt.
Deluca was ridiculous.
And, yeah, the PSU bench thought the ref was too late stopping the Nolf/VanBrill scramble. Hard to disagree.
And now Lewis torques Cenzo's leg. Ugh.

I didn’t see it, if Nolf’s knee popped on the inside that could be a MCL vs if it was ACL - but given the way he was walking on it, I’m thinking ACL and he’s done until next Jan
Pretty amazing how the entire season gets affected by dirty wrestling team and poor officiating..

How the hell can you call a penalty point there for puling the headgear? His headgear came off his damn head.

Technical violation against Joseph for pulling down on Lewis's headgear. CS with the challenge. Good grief, Lewis's headgear had come undone before the call. Then Joseph made a normal move and the headgear moved, as it was no longer snapped. Will be interesting to see what the call is. Rulling stands. 19 sec left, and it's 5-4 after the TV. Lewis reaches, nothing. Lewis shoots, blocked. End. Final, 5-4.

Ref is worse than awful. Primary job is safety and he failed in multiple matches.

I’m at a loss on that call. I wondered right away why the match wasn’t stopped when his head gear came off. Then a penalty for your incompetence?
The headgear of Lewis was loose for at least a few seconds before Joseph went for the collar tie, which is when the ref awarded the penalty point. Don't know how the call wasn't overturned.
Seriously. I would just start wearing my headgear on my knee to avoid single leg attacks. Plus I'd get a penalty point for it as well.
Who even goes at 57 now assuming what it looks like happened did happen....More back up depth at 49... does Zain bump up a weight? Really sucks to see that happen and know it could have been avoided by competent reffing.
This ref. has loss all control of this match. Very sad that at this level NCAA cannot field capable officials. Disgusting.
