PSU - Rutgers Dual Thread

That video shows Nolf leaning and putting a lot of pressure on his own knee. Not Nolf's fault for improving position but maybe he should have hung out a bit longer waiting for the PD call or stalemate. I know that's not his style. His funky aggressive mindset doesn't allow him to "hangout" even for a few.

Hall takes bottom. Hall to his feet, but is taken back down. Grello throws in a boot. He tilts Hall but only gets 1 swipe. Reversal for Hall, but Rutgers is challenging that there should have been NF. Call is confirmed, so it's 8-2 after the reversal. Grellow to his feet, gets tripped down, then Hall cuts him, 8-4. for Fs sake chapman get the freaking match under control....this is a brawl not a wrestling match

I hope Gravina remembers what Bo did to him last year. He made a monkey out of him.

184: #1 Nickal vs. #12 Nick Gravina

I'm looking forward to this match

Per 1
Nickal gets behind and tried to lock something up, but only gets the TD, 2-0. Nickal was not pleased with Gravina slapping him in the face. Gravina with the esc, 2-1. Gravina working an overhook, and a stalemate with 20 sec left. Bo gets behind and gets a TD just before the buzzer, 4-1. Believe RT is 27 sec for Bo

Per 2
Bo takes bottom. Works to his feet, and he's out in about 14 sec, 5-1. Gravina shoots, Bo counters with an ankle pick, then Gravina locks thru the crotch, they scramble, and Gravina is awarded the TD, 5-3. Stalemate at 39 sec. Bo nearly hits a switch, then hits a standing roll for an esc, 6-3. End. RT at 10 sec for Gravina

Per 3
Gravina takes bottom. Gravina works up, taken back down. Bo with a spiral ride for a bit. Gravina works up, then peels out, 6-4. RT flips to 17 sec for Bo. Gravina shoots, Bo counters with a low single, Gravina is able to stalemate it at 1 min. Gravina shoots as there is a stall call on Bo, Nickal counters, they scramble, and a stalemate with 17 sec. Crowd doesn't like it -- they are clueless. Stall call against Bo, 6-5. End

17-15, PSU

Gravina wrestled harder and with more determination than Nickal, IMO. Bo was good enough to win (just barely), but not his best effort perhaps.

Edit - The one TD for Gravina was rather questionable.

Bo looked like he was woozy coming out of that one escape he had.. almost looked like Gravina's knee hit him in the head and dazed him.. may be reading into it but he looked off from that point on...

Nate is barely competent when everything is straightforward and easy. Today he has been one of those mean girls you mentioned, except he has pulled a train.

Bo looked gassed
I would not be surprised if the last few weeks of practice have been very hard, schedule definitely set up that way. They have not looked sharp the last few weeks.

Expect some recovery the next few weeks, tough week before Buffalo then ease off again for post season.
