It looks like Bo isn't the only Lion who's been doing that move for a while--albeit with a little different twist!

First--I do agree this weight swap between Cenzo and Hall is NOT happening. But last year Cenzo was held out of the Keystone classic due to a dinged up shoulder---more precaution then anything..but for Le high he returned from Thanksgiving a little heavy..i got that from a very good source.... but he held the weight the rest of the season and won another NC, so im saying the not make weight for Le High was a fluke.Cenzo was held out of the Keystone Classic and the Lehigh match. I clearly recall Cenzo running off the mat after the Binghamton match very agitated. There was speculation that he got dinged up a bit. Don't know if that was ever confirmed, but I'd rate or more likely than a weight issue.
Chief has always typically been a pretty credible and good poster, he used to post on here more often than he does now. Probably because of posts like these, he figures, why bother.
The animosity between HR and BWI is old. Let's talk about wrestling.
Eggum came out with Minnesota's weight changes a week after the 17-18 season. This is exhausting
Read the hawk thread yesterday. Hall running from Valencia and Joseph running from the bull. PSU guys move because they’re running and hawks move for the team Joseph beat Kemerer in region and state finals his Jr year. Regional didn’t go to OT
I was there too. I thought he was just frustrated that he didn't put more of e beatdown on his opponent.Cenzo was held out of the Keystone Classic and the Lehigh match. Exhausting? Perhaps an apt description of those waiting for Minny's next National Championship.
Weight class plans? I've never understood why anyone thought they were owed that information months before the 1st match. Bodies change, incoming recruits can have an impact, etc. CS seems to have a process that works. Eggum is not even in the conversation at this point in terms of coaches that have a good track record dealing with their college team's lineup.
On IG he doesn't appear
Cenzo was one of the guys that my two boys got a picture with, that unfortunately I was not tech savvy enough to post last week. My boys both weigh 135 and looking at the picture, there is no way Cenzo is anywhere near 200.Yeah, Cenzo walking around at 200 does not pass the sniff test.
Not running away from any bull. 35 lb means eating a lot of steak.I also found Footage of the 200+ pound joseph running from the Bull
PSU graduated 3 last year: 125, 133, 149.
Most posters in this thread are rather skeptical of this particular rumor. Doesn't mean we can't discuss it. Is that okay? You people are something, believe every rumor that comes down the road. Get a life!!!

By the looks of the pic and the order they are walking in, looks like Nolf to 184!Lets compare the 3rd guy in line to the 4th guy in line and decide which one is bigger/heavier. The Eyes have it.![]()
And how did Zain make 149 if that pic says Cenzo can't make 165?By the looks of the pic and the order they are walking in, looks like Nolf to 184!![]()
So you are saying we are swapping national champions?Hall stated that 74kg (163) was a tough pull for him. I wouldn't think he would be able to make 165 for an entire season.
I mention this because a 200 pound Cenzo, safely descending to 165, in about 2 months, is not reality. I use this example believingthat there's something amuck with the rumors. Time will tell.
Fyi...the Weight Certification timing changed this past season. Prior to 2017-18, wrestlers had to be certified "no earlier than the first day of classes", and "no later than October 10". October 10 is always the first day of official, countable practices. Now the rulebook states "no later than November 1", which is the first day of allowable competitions. The earliest they can certify is still the first day of classes.

It's that time of year. Rumors, supposition, innuendo, and the like will all be answered soon enough. Discuss away, it's one aspect of message boards that I find interesting (and bizarre at the same time).
"The other fellows are pumping iron" so it must be for realz.Pumpkin Lattes are back
