The #1 p4p kid in high school. And Duke is number 2 in my eyes. A likely NCAA champ at 125 next year as well?

Next match between Bassett and Valencia should be good. Bassett beat him recently but Valencia is a high level freestyler. Let’s see if Bo can do it again

Those boys got after it. Super hard collar ties. It was a real battle but Bo wins again. 5-2. He keeps getting better
A lot of these younger guys really let it fly. Wrestling has a bright future.

So many extremely high level kids coming to PSU in the next few years but I think Duke might be the best. He is absolutely incredible. So hard to score on. So fundamentally sound. So strong and has really good attacks from so many different areas. I am really excited to see him at PSU

My Lord the sky is the limit for Duke. Hopefully all his injury woes are in the past. An absolute beast

What I meant by that, other than the snark -- and I should've been clearer about this:
IIRC the Trials qualification rules changed for the 2024 Olympics, adding past years of allowable credentials, due to the Covid fustercluck.
Will USA Wrestling keep a solution to a problem that no longer exists? Who knows.
But they need to do something about a format that had guys competing until nearly midnight, on the treadmill cutting weight past 1 am, and then having to weigh-in at 8 am. If that means reducing qualifiers, so be it. And that might trickle into Olympic Shirt rules.
Big one here between Lockett and Sealey. Sealey beat him at Ironman this year but that was in folk. Both guys are U17 world champs

Primarily in Kingston, but he gets around to other clubs and has been to M2 and NLWC.
Big win for Lockett! These 2 should see each other again at WTT
He is repping NLWC now where he had been claiming X-calibur Athletics until just recently. Not sure if his training environment has changed as well
He has but Lockett is a stud. He just teched Shapiro at Olympic trials and he’s a U17 world champ. I would’ve picked Sealey but it’s not a huge upset at all

Congrats to Lockett. He earned it.
Henckel had a good tournament as well. Just took 4th with a 10-9 loss to Lorenzo Norman. I’ve mentioned before but Norman is a freshman at Stanford and he beat Shane Griffith this year
