Forrest or Bassett, who would you take?

As a long time Bassett fan and follower, I have almost surprised myself here, but I have to lean Forrest. His positional awareness, athleticism and speed remind me of DT, not to mention his spider like lean frame that will only fill in out through time. Despite his thin build, strength is not a problem for him against much stronger builds. I honestly don't know how high his ceiling could be, it seems limitless.

PS - The only really sane answer to the question is BOTH!

Is KLS going to the portal?

Just watched locked on, also looked at the pay sites on the other two sites and so called "insiders" are claiming he's gone. How does this affect the wr position for next year. At first glance it would appear that Penn State has lost a starter and leading receiver, and gained a good blocker, at the end of the day in the portal. This doesn't seem like good news, but perhaps AK can scheme for next year and produce better results. Disappointed that they couldn't get another guy in addition to a very good blocker in Fleming.

Proud grandpa here

My oldest grandaughter was selected as one of the Undet Armour Nashville girls flag football MVPs on Friday Night. Camp was held @ Brentwood Academy. One of the other MVPs was a teammate of hers @ Page HS (Franklin, TN). Their girls flag football team is currently 4 & 0. She plays WR, LBer and CB. She has three TD receptions in 4 games and many pass breakups.
She is a Senior.
Starting next year, the Tennessee HS Athletic Association will recognize Girls Flaf football throughout the state with divisions and playoffs. Currently, there are only about three counties with HS teams and they have a tournament at the end of the season. The Tennessee Titans got the games going by their sponsorship several years ago.

Football VIDEO: James Franklin talks 2024 Blue / White Spring Game

Franklin thanks the crowd for coming out today. Says it was unsual that this was the first time they practiced in Beaver Stadium this spring, usually they get in the stadium a few times in the spring.

Believes there was too many presnap penalities on the offensive side of the ball.

Thought Jamiel Lyons stood out today and also applauded Amin Vanover for his performane and overall story.

B/W game

That was about as disappointing as possible! Allar didn't look like he progressed at all, missing too many open receivers; although there weren't many open receivers. We appear to be in big trouble for a receiver. No one stood out. For me the one bright spot is running back...we have a multitude of riches there!

It's time to dump Matt Millen as an announcer, and whoever the other guy was. They never told us anything, didn't point out who made plays; they just rambled! I hope the Koltenicki offense has more to show than what we saw today or it's going to be a long depressing season!

GO FIND RECEIVERS IN THE PORTAL!!!!!!!
