And I thought James Englishes story couldn't be topped. Looks like I'll be making a place in my collective memory for a heavyweight hero who shined on the biggest of stages with the LARGEST of HEARTS!!! Damn... ANTHONY...

So basically, tOSU would have to get a pin in every one of their remaining matches, and PSU would have to lose all of their remaining matches. Basically, the team race is over.

Cassar “took” that...say what you may and what you will...anyone that beats Gable twice is a MF...Gable will win three Nat’s moving forward.
Nolf now has 60 pins
Nickal now has 59 pins
Nickal was three behind coming into NCAA. Nolf got 1 and Nickal 3 so far.
Not going to argue Steveson was gassed. But I thought they had a legit argument on the first brick. The second seemed like a desperation lunger.

Great job by Cassar. I honestly thought Steveson would get him this time. Gable had been wrestling lights out all tournament.

I actually feel bad for Martin. I wasn't paying attention to that match all that much, but I thought he took most of the shots.
I will say this, we wrestled poorly and still put five in the finals. Think about that for a minute.
In other news, Ok State just edged the Hawks out of 3rd place again. That's going to be an interesting contest tomorrow.
