This is an inditement on the lack of creativity in our running game.
We had better get some new stuff into the playbook over the bye. With this record it would be nice to think we would have a chance to go undefeated. Not going to happen in Columbus if this is the best we can scheme with a 21 point lead.

Simply put we don’t at this point have a playmaking 2nd WR to compliment Hamler and Freiermuth.
Shelton needs to head to the locker room. Look forward to a bench penalty coming soon.

This team lacks discipline with these unsportsmanlike penalties. Stop the jawing and pushing after plays where MSU is trying to get free penalty yards. This has been happening all game and no one corrects it.
I won't excuse that but it appears the other guy poked him in the chest prior to that .
D'Antonio brings Lewerke back in the game, and it appears he fumbles the ball on the 1st play. Matt Allen, MSU's starting center, gets injured on the play

I'm not saying the other guy was innocent. He just can't do that regardless of what was said or done.
Why get worked up about it??? We easily won the game. Our passing game has not been good prior to this afternoon. And if the receivers didnt have 6 or 7 drops on perfectly thrown balls, Clifford would look like a friggin rock star. MSU has totally stuffed our running game this half but the receivers are running open and Clifford is generally putting the ball on target.
Why do we bitch? Because this team sleepwalks through entire halfs of football.

Take cue from Dabo. Let him ride back to State in the equipment trailer. No excuse for spitting in opponent’s face. Embarresses himself, team and university.
