Penn State at OhowIhate wrestling this Friday........

I will be in Columbass this week for the OH HS FB Coaches Clinic. Arriving Thursday and leaving Saturday. We normally skip the Friday evening social and find chair that fits us somewhere in the Easton Center. However, with the Nittany Lions in town for wrestling, I am thinking about making the trip to see the match.
Anyone on the board ever gone to a match at OhowIhate?
Is it as brutal as attending a football game? Meaning, am I going to have people throwing Ped State shit at me and getting in my face?
Never been to a college wrestling match, but this is very tempting. I understand enough wrestling to make it enjoyable to watch, but that's as far as it goes.
All I would wear is something saying Penn State, unless suggested otherwise.
Thoughts?
Edit; For the Ohiya guys lurking, would I be able to get a ticket at the door or should I shop stub hub?

My wife and I will be there. We have gone a couple of time to wrestling at OSU including the big tens a few years ago. Unfortunately this year’s match is at St John’s vs the Schott. St. John’s is a dump and in the process of being replaced. As the the fans, not as bad as the football fans. But have Bo Nickels performance in Cleveland at nations im sure they will be hoping for payback. Lol.

As for tickets, I bought I’m from OSU a month ago. GA tix $8.00. Go if you can let’s support Cael and the guys.

Funny story. Went to an OSU PSU match a few years ago that was in St John’s. During warm ups as our guys were on the mat Cael was sitting on one of the teams chairs watching. A huge line of kids formed getting his autograph, which he signed for them. Across the mat sat OSU Coach Ryan by himself watching the OSU fans idolizing Cael. The same match as we were rooting hard for David Taylor, the OSU fans near us asked if we were David’s parents. I laughed and point to his dad a couple of rows below us and said no but I think they will admit responsibility.

Should be a great match and a toss up right now with both squads favored in five matches. PSU at 157, 165, 174, 197, and 285.... O$U at 125, 133, 141, 149, and 184. Bonus pts should decide it. But 141, 149, 184, and 197 will be interesting. Don’t expect RBY to go but Berge should go at 149. PSU will start in a hole again because of 125/133 results.

Yes and o$u fans wanted to fight us.It was during the Cary Kolat match where he got robbed of a pin.The refs overturned it and the o$u kid took him to overtime.And may I add a GIRL got thrown out of section EE for punching a guy in the face during our big win.
