Listening to audio Byers now on WRSC 1390 from Tunein Radio
Someone should start a thread and keep a running list of everyone that has "ducked" competition and keep it going throughout the season. The Michigan fisaco is a Joke.

125: Devin Schnupp vs. Geo Barzona
Per 1:
Geo shoots in on a single, Schnupp fights out of it. Schnupp in on a leg, spins around behind for the TD, 2-0. Geo with a quick esc, 2-1. Geo in on a head inside single, tries to step behind, Geo tries to roll through and locks on one of Schnupp's ankles. Eventually its a stalemate. Stoppage for blood time for Schnupp. @ 40 sec left. Schnupp tries a throw-by, nothing. Schnupp nearly gets behind but the buzzer sounds.
Per 2:
Geo takes bottom. He tries to stand, not happening. They go OOB with 1:40 left. Geo to his feet, Schnupp hanging on and gets hit with a stall call, then Geo gets the esc, 2-2. 31 sec of RT for Schnupp. Schnupp shoots, then Geo counters with a fireman, nothing. Geo shoots on the legs, nothing. Geo in on the left leg, Schnupp with a whizzer, buzzer sounds, nothing. 31 sec of RT for Schnupp.
Per 3:
Schnupp takes bottom. Blood time stoppage again for Schnupp. Appears to be a cut above the eye. Schnupp up quickly, turns in and is out, 3-2. Schnupp shoots quickly, Geo tries to counter, they get in a crazy scramble, and it's OOB with 1:16 left. Schnupp shoots on a single, nothing. Schnupp drives in, tries to get behind, Geo hangs on to an ankle, Schnupp tries to get a cradle, and OOB with 36 sec. Schnupp shoots and gets an ankle, Geo with a whizzer, and gets the TD with 8 sec left, 5-2. End

The team was really happy for Devon. Nice to see that support.
Still tough to gauge where RBY is relative to top tier competition, but I don't think he could look any better than he's looked against the unranked guys.
