No need to start a new thread. Spencer Lee kinda reminds me of AA. The best wrestler in the nation for 4 minutes than pace slows. I know he is coming back from an injury but I see a flaw. Oh, it is a clever concept and I did laugh . . . but when that passed, I did think about the issue of who actually had the most accomplished college career of that bunch. The jury will be out on Lee a while longer, but NaTo ultimately has more bragging rights than Gilman, and still a chance this season to surpass Clark's accolades.

Not sure I understand. It's early, so there's that...and also Suriano is now the favorite for #1 seed at B1G's. Possibility still that #2/#3 is Lee/Tomasello. Mattin, Rivera, Lizak may have a say...though I don't see them beating any of the top-3. That tells me that Lee vs Tomasello in the semi's is very much probable.
NCAA seeds as of right now should be 1. Cruz 2.Rutgers kid 3.Lee 4. Tomato Much can change between now and BIG and even more between now and NCAA.

Just watched the NaTo/Lee match. No question in my mind that Nato can beat Lee next time. He was the aggressor on his feet and came close to finishing several TDs. Next time he won't pick bottom.
A lot of Lee's offense comes off of that Russian. Tomasello wasn't having it. Unfortunately I think Tomasello wins the rematch, staying neutral.
