Doesn't a 4-point move have to go from the feet to immediate danger position (beyond 90 degrees) when the opponent first hits the mat? From how I have seen it called previously, I would say this would be called two most of the time.

So Garcia over Davis!? Damn Braden has lost literally the same match 3 times now.
Davis deserved to lose that match. He was horrible on the edge. Instead of just circling he went to a knees both times and both times he got scored on. Not smart wrestling at all
