Who were these people that were going after Cael on twitter? Are they former Iowa wrestlers or just random (drunk?) Iowa fans?

I think we've seen enough proof that Cael is still wrestling, regularly, with very good people. Like, people that have Olympic medals sort of good.

Pretty sure they're total random fans. Cael's social media strategy is to pick someone who "@s" him, and just plug in for a brief interaction w/ his usual high-level dry sense of humor.

Oh my God, having TnT mic'd for any match would be cool. For this match it would be beautiful, if just to read post match on HR all of the rationalized justifications for the numerous faux pas's.

My favorite treadmill story is I was working with one of those giant balls. Thing got away from me and rolled up under tank treads of treadmill, ejecting runner lady ass over tea kettle over the front of the thing. To my surprise when I went home, there are dozens of videos of this happening

Looks like Iowa State is about to beat Ok St. The Cowpokes staring straight into an 0-2 weekend. Would like to be a fly on the wall for Coach Smith’s post match speech.

I didn’t watch it… seeing them matside is more than enough for me. What other coaches besides Ryan and Smith were interviewed? I saw the commercial clip of Ryan saying they sometimes cross the line.

I think it was just those two, and Gable, of course. Mark Ironside, Morningstar and Telford. I enjoyed it. Showed why they are the way they are. Made me crack up imagining Cael doing one of these—though of course I’d like nothing more.

Brucki lost to Jaron Smith on this takedown -- and Maryland apparently got docked a team point for this celebration.

A team point for that? That seems harsh to me, especially considering the magnitude of the upset for him individually and for Maryland to get a match. It wasn’t like he threatened him with a shoe or shoved someone after the whistle 🙄
