Barr keeps jumping levels. I really see why Starocci has been so high in his praise of him
Perhaps another one in Iowa’s win column in doubt 😉Barr keeps jumping levels. I really see why Starocci has been so high in his praise of him
Criteria should transfer to folkstyleDude. No.
Just no. I’m good with adding time for injury. But criteria is a WAY better product than not-wrestling at the end of matches.
"There is no repechage?" Sorry 85 but that is not a question. That is a statement. It was a question, thus the question mark.
For the love of God, it's a question. Holy hell."There is no repechage?" Sorry 85 but that is not a question. That is a statement.

Sali Yusrefov Saliev DEC Connor Mirasola 5-4
Connor will wrestle for Bronze.
I don't think it's purposeful. Most of these refs are from over there as well. What That was a world class hose job.
Basically the equivalent of judges in Figure Skating. Beyond ludicrous. This is why college should switch to FS, that way refs can just pick the winners
I've see many wrestlers wearing ice skates around the perimeter of the mat and not be cautioned.Never understood why guys that are so good defensively chose to circle/back away at the end of the match when you know what the rule is and the refs will call you for caution +1. This happens so often, I don’t get it
It’s always called tighter at the end of the match thoughI've see many wrestlers wearing ice skates around the perimeter of the mat and not be cautioned.
Circling in a great defensive tactic. One must move the action towards the center of the mat while doing it.I've see many wrestlers wearing ice skates around the perimeter of the mat and not be cautioned.
well didn't miss much. When his opponent finally got a passivity warning, Connor may have gotten too aggressive and gave up 2. Hindsight he should have just held his ground and he wouuld have earned a point and criteria of scoring the last point.Man, I missed the Mirasola match and the way you are all talking about it along with him losing makes it skippable.
yea, I know but it wasn't like he was being shy. He was locking up just, being pushed to the edge where he would break and circle to the middleCircling in a great defensive tactic. One must move the action towards the center of the mat while doing it.
This should be drilled over and over again. And how to use the others desperation to take them down.Circling in a great defensive tactic. One must move the action towards the center of the mat while doing it.

Barr is beating Starocci in the room... ;-)Barr keeps jumping levels. I really see why Starocci has been so high in his praise of him
I found it a little funny--given the criticism AB got for shooting late to milk the clock after he had been warned in his Oly Semi. The best way to do this is to keep scoring. Seems easy enough, lol.And Mirasola deserved it. He started running WAY too early and was warned.
I’ll give the refs this - if they warn you, they follow that sh!t up.
Just stupid, to steer him and RUN back to center. Folk refs could do learn something from this.
