At this point I don't think finding a coach that matches brands results is what I would be looking for. I would be looking for someone who never coached but has that "it" factor that a coach needs along with a character that will bring young kids in. Kinda like DT for okie state. Those kind of guys would be hard to find other than a nolf like guy I just don't see nolf going that route but who knows if they gave him the freedom to change the culture

Friendly sh!t talking aside… if I was Iowa, I’d be taking to Nolf or Cenzo. I think Nickal would laugh in your face. I have no idea what Nolf would do. I think Cenzo would listen as he’s been at a few places. Cenzo has a big personality that people love. Nolf is someone wrestlers emulate. Maybe none of them would listen at all to Iowa, but that’s where I would go.
Oh what a day it would be if Iowa rolled nickal out as head coach. So many Iowa fans would be losing their ****ing shit lmfao. Good thoughts though I completely forgot about cenzo. Maybe have marrinelli as an assistant kids would be getting ****ing thrown everywhere. Also, I forgot about hall isn't he a coach somewhere?

What good does appealing to results do if even you admit that there are coaches out there with much lighter accolades that are better coaches.
I don't think DT gets enough credit for being a high-level technical teacher of wrestling through his days running M2.

Most forget DT went to Papa Sanderson in Wasatch to train as a youth wrestler. David's dad was an airline pilot allowing DT to travel all over to youth tournaments relatively cheap. But there is a reason he wrestles like a Sanderson. He was trained by the OG.

This but Nolf as head coach, I think their is more draw then a Spencer Lee as RTC coach and invest heavily into that.
This match is just more evidence that Arnold isn't at his optimum weight and is taking one for the team.
