There are some gaps in-between. LolLet’s go Nick and Roman! I won’t be getting much done this morning at work
wonder if he got some of that bug going around? Regardless, not good. damn itHoly sh*t. Nick looked tired after 1st. He got really sloppy
USA now unlikely to qualify 65 kg for the Olympics!
I wouldn’t go that far. Multiple guys capable of coming through the LCQ. But it certainly got harderUSA now unlikely to qualify 65 kg for the Olympics!
That's crazy talk. If he has chosen 65, he's going to stay at 65.Zain has to go up now
Lol stop it. There is, and I say this with all due respect, 0 percent chance Zain makes the team at 74kg. At 65kg he’s plenty capable of both making the team and going and qualifying the weight.Zain has to go up now
That tournament is going to be insane, especially at that weight. You'd probably set the odds at around 10% to qualify for whoever wins the spot, if not lower. This is a crushing loss.I wouldn’t go that far. Multiple guys capable of coming through the LCQ. But it certainly got harder
I’d probably go closer to 25 percent but yes I agree it will be difficult. Think Yianni and Zain can beat just about anyone on their dayThat tournament is going to be insane, especially at that weight. That's now 3 cycles in a row the 65/66 rep completely choked at Pan Ams. Both past reps failed to qualify at Last Chance (though Frank got in eventually due to a PED test). Brutal.
I thought this was last qualifier. After reading comments. We got one more shot to qualify.Lol stop it. There is, and I say this with all due respect, 0 percent chance Zain makes the team at 74kg. At 65kg he’s plenty capable of both making the team and going and qualifying the weight.
Now your comment makes more sense. Last Chance Qualifier will be after trials in Turkey, I believe.I thought this was last qualifier. After reading comments. We got one more shot to qualify.
Because he can, and doesn't have to win US OTT to make the Olympics, would be my guess. He announced this over a year ago.Why is RBY wrestling for Mexico, instead of the US?
I think he knows it's a better path for him to make it to the Olympics. Just my 2 cents. Why is RBY wrestling for Mexico, instead of the US?
If your goal is the Olympics, find the path of least resistance to get there. Why is RBY wrestling for Mexico, instead of the US?
Because he wants to win the gold vs Spencer to remove all doubt on GIA.Why is RBY wrestling for Mexico, instead of the US?
I'm so glad they're doing that. Makes the tourney much more interesting, and for once, a true consolation bracket with real meaning!USA will send the trials winner at 65 to the last chance world Olympic qualifier. If you make the semis you qualify the weight. They also will wrestle a true bronze. So 3 spots are available
So if there's a true 3rd for the last spot, then you don't qualify just by making the semis right? You would have to either make the finals, or win bronze plus win the true 3rd matchUSA will send the trials winner at 65 to the last chance world Olympic qualifier.
