Can someone explain how Edmund Ruth is allowed to wrestle in the open? Didn't the NCAA ban high school students from wrestling in collimating opens a few years ago?

This is part of why I haven't cut the cord with cable. Yeah you have issues with cable at times but how often are you straight up not able to watch a sporting event or show? Far more issues with internet connectivity or website crashes than issues with cable
