I'm not trying to be arrogant or jinx anything, but, seriously, what's the earliest point at which Penn State could secure the team race? Is it mathematically possible to do that BEFORE semis?

Probably not, but practically yeah. Won’t be mathematical, but it’ll be something ridiculous that the second place team would have to do like pin all their opponents in Penn State lose every single match for the rest of the tournament.

I agree, but this is the biggest and best tournament, you get everyone’s best. Lucas Byrd needed a ride out to win by 1 first round against a 32 seed. It is March magic
