141: Gulibon vs. Luke Pletcher
I'm curious to see how this match plays out.
For some reason, BTN makes this the feature match.
Per. 1
Pletcher shoots, and Jimmy in on a single with a counter, has Pletch dancing, now on the mat and Pletch is sprawling with a whizzer. Jimmy trying to pull him in, taking a lot of time, and a stalemate at 1:25. Pletch tries a high crotch, nothing. 1 min left. Pletch with another high crotch attempt, nothing. Pletch gets behind but Jimmy with a nice reaction, nothing. 20 sec left. Jimmy tries a snap down, nothing. What, they gave 2 to Pletcher and 1 to Jimmy. Appears Jimmy's hand touched down.
Per 2
Pletch takes down. Out instantly, 1-3. Pletcher in, Jimmy with a whizzer, stalemate at 1:33. Jimmy in on a single, and gets the TD, 3-3. Jimmy traps the ankle and then flattens Pletch. RT is over 40. Jimmy tries a tilt but Pletch rolls thru. RT now over 1 min. Pletch to his feet, then back to his base. End. RT at 1:23 for Jimmy.
Per 3
Jimmy takes down. He's up, then out in 5 sec, 4-3. RT at 1:17 for Jimmy. Pletch reaches, blocked. 1 min left. Stall warning on Jimmy with 22 sec left. End. WIth RT, it's a 5-3 win.

Pletch does not look undersized. In fact, he looked bigger than Jimmy.
141: ZPain vs. Micah Jordan
Per. 1
Micah in on a low single pretty quickly, they are scrambling, and he gets the TD at 1:58, 0-2. OOB at 1:49. OOB at 1:27. Jordan is riding well. Zain up quickly off the whistle and out, 1-2. 1:22 left. Zain nearly gets a TD on a counter, nothing. Micah reaches, blocked, Zain trying to spin behind, nothing. Stalemate at 24 sec. Zain in on a single and gets the TD at 1 sec, 3-2. End. RT at 35 sec for Jordan.

Jordan defers, and Zain takes bottom. Zian up quickly, then back down, then up, then down. and out at 1:39. RT at 56 sec for Jordan. Jordan with a sloppy reach and Zain with the TD and gets swipes. 10-2 with the NF. Stalemate at 1:01. Zain riding to the right side. He eliminates the RT for Jordan, and now it's counting for Zain as he has legs in and Jordan flattened. End. RT at 25 sec for Zain.

Neutral start. Jordan on a counter gets a TD, 10-4, and then Zian out quickly, 11-4. Zain spins behind for the TD, 13-4 with 1:25 left. Trying to work a power half. 1 min left. Cuts him, 13-5. RT at 49 sec. Zain in on a double, they scramble on the edge, and Zain gets the TD, 15-5. Nearly got a tilt. RT over 1 min. Getting swipes. End. 4 NF, and RT makes it a 20-5 TF.

I thought Logan was fine, he said nice things about both Jimmy and Zain whom he clearly scouted. I actually enjoyed his commentary.

I think its great when our USA world class wrestlers take a bit of time to sit in on Big Ten bouts. Had no problem with Logan. Thought he gave Jimmy and Zain props for their techniques and was interesting to listen too. No issues here.
Man, super impressed with our first four....huge bonuses from Suriano and Zain, great win for Jimmy, and man Carpenter hung in there. I didn't think Stieber was bad, pretty fair really.
